This article is to explain how foreigners apply for a China-issue police clearance certificate in Nanjing, for purposes of marriage, immigration, employment or school admission.
Nanjing has altered its rules and changed the issuing authority of Police clearance certificate (PCC, it's known as No Criminal Record Certificate in China) to foreigners since Nov 2018.
If you are not able to return to China, you can authorize us to act on your behalf for your PCC in Nanjing.
China can not issue PCC for Deplomatic and Official Passport holder.
